Beginning Tues. Oct. 31st (Halloween Night) we will be performing at The Bone in Deep Ellum each and every Tuesday, spread the word.

We know it's been a while since we've posted any news here. We've been in town playing the scene and working on a few cool shows in the upcoming months so be checking out the calendar for updates. One thing to mention is that Slim is performing with Andrea Dawson every Sunday at the Bluebird Blues Club in Ft. Worth (Jam Night).

Our recent trips to Edmond,Ok - Omaha,NE - Texarkana and Little Rock were really successful. Glad to be home resting for a week before we head out again this weekend to play in Minneapolis,MN. We'll be back the following week to play Nate's Seafood, Lota's Goat and Deep Ellum Blues. Hope you can make one or better yet all of our shows. Also, Joey Love released a Retrospective CD which is a 2 CD package including his first 2 releases Good Phone and Live,Raw and Uncut which includes 3 previously unreleased tracks.

PLEASE NOTE: We were originally scheduled to perform at the Granada Theater on May 26th opening for Monte Montgomery however his management pulled the plug so to speak. If you already bought tickets it's still a great show to see, Monte is an incredible performer however we are not opening for him that evening. We're working on another date at the Granada and will let you know once that is confirmed.

We've been added to the opening spot for the Bone's 93.3FM Birthday bash with Max Caddy and Blue Oyster Cult at the Granada Theater, the show is SOLD OUT. Also, we'll be opening for Savoy Brown at the Granada in March.

Tickets for the Johnny Winter show which we will be a part of on Dec. 17th at Granada Theater are almost gone. Also, we have been selected by the Denton Blues Society to take part in the International Blues Competition late January in Memphis,TN.

BIRTHDAY BASH !
On July 30th we will be hosting a birthday bash for Texas Slim at the Sons of Hermann Hall in Deep Ellum from 9:30p-1:30a. Cover charge will be a measly $5.00, tell your friends and come out and party with us. The Sons of Hermann Hall is located at 3414 Elm St @ Exposition.
